Privacy Policy

Eidome is developed by Knowlly DMCC. This policy describes the Eidome iOS app version that stores data locally and does not provide accounts or cloud synchronization.

Information you provide

You may enter a profile name, relationship, biological sex, date of birth, height, weight, body measurements, and mobility measurements. You may also create a child profile as the adult device owner.

How information is used

The app uses this information on your device to create an estimated visual body model, calculate derived values, show completion, and retain your measurements.

Storage and sharing

This app version stores profile information only in local app storage on your device. We do not receive, sell, share, use for advertising, or use for third-party analytics the information entered into the app.

Children’s profiles

Child profiles are created and controlled by the adult device owner. Eidome does not create child accounts or transmit children’s personal information in this version.

Retention and deletion

Information remains on the device until you delete an individual twin, choose Delete All Data inside Eidome, or delete the app. These actions permanently remove the applicable local app data.

Medical disclaimer

Eidome is intended for fitness education and personal tracking. Its models are estimates and are not medical scans, diagnoses, medical devices, or treatment recommendations.
